Update zero suppression configuration for the SN stream¶
If the detector conditions change (ASIC reconfiguration, argon purity, HV), the zero suppression parameters of the continuous readout stream may need to be reconfigured. To do that, find the latest 7-h run taken with the new detector conditions that is flagged as OK in the Run Catalog
ssh to ubdaq-prod-near1.fnal.gov, go to /home/jcrespo/sn-settings and run
This runs a version of a code created by Nathaniel Tagg that analyzes that trigger stream run and creates a .fcl file with the zero suppression configuration (FEM-wise parameters, channel-wise thresholds, static baselines, polarity values). Point the DAQ experts to the .fcl file so they can create a new run configuration using it.
