This page contains an explanation of the differences which are expected to be seen between the develop branch of uboonecode and the "Base MC" production release. Right now we are comparing to v06_26_01_05 (MCC8.2), but hope to move to the newest production release in the coming weeks. Every plot in the CI validation is shown below, not only those with known differences, in order to make it easier to compare against the CI validation plots.

This release has a number of known bugs. These are outlined below.
