The purpose of this document is to specify requirements for the Fermilab digital signage system. The system provides management, distribution and playback of digital content on distributed and remotely controlled display devices at the laboratory. Section 1 defines the scope of the system, lists stakeholders, identifies roles, and defines terminology used in the document.
