In this page you can find triaging error knowledge build by the OPOS team.

Symptoms

• Files are processed and don't show as completed (no children)
• Jobs that process them finish with return value 0
• The FTS has no record of the files
• Files are in the dropbox with zero size
• The .out job log shows the job found there was a file already in the dropbox and would not copy it.
• NOvA experiment.

Diagnostic

• The files in the dropbox have size 0.
• The first jobs that tried to process the files had a problem when copying out. Content could not be transferred.

Treatment

• Remove files from dropbox and recover
