Making the systematically shifted predictions

Note this wiki page is under development!

The aim of this page is to present a complete step-by-step guide, where the end goal is a single prediction root file - for either neutrino mode (FHC) or antineutrino mode (RHC) beam - that contains all the relevant nominal and systematically shifted predictions required by the sensitivity and oscillation fits.

This guide is modelled on the procedure used in the 2018 analysis but may be updated for subsequent analyses. The guide is shared between the Numu disappearance and Nue appearance analyses because both analyses require a similar merged prediction file from which we can extract predictions in the joint fit.

One of our best resources is still this tutorial prepared at the end of the 2017 analysis.
