Purpose¶

In view of broken larana optical reconstruction in larsoft v04_06_02,
microboone would like to request a bug fix (hotfix) release of larsoft.
The purpose of this release is to have a unified larsoft release such that
reco stage 1 and reco stage 2 both work.
