Notes from the 4PM Meeting and Additional Comments.

HTD: Tonight we can do C1 or C2 if obstac finishes SN deadman &
it needs to be dark, clear, & good seeing. Scripts are an hour.
Gary has supplied a airmass = 1.2 setting time for each field, so we need to
also start no later than a little more than an hour before those times.
