RASICAM data are getting into image headers

Global sky clarity has been getting into the DES headers for most of (ext)SV. Local (in current pointing direction of the Blanco telescope) has been getting into the headers since late January 2013.

However, the local pointing data has a latency of 90+ seconds and represents the local direction cloud conditions when Rasicam read out. This is not sufficient so a new Rasicam report server is being developed that will report the local clear flag every ~5 seconds using the most recent rasicam image and the current TCS pointing. This new server is under development as of Feb 5, 2013.
