Texas Collaboration Meeting Agendae¶
Science verification and the results of our studies will be a major element of the upcoming collaboration meeting at Texas A&M. We are scheduled to give two planary talks and have a number of parallel sessions (both SV and related topics).
Add special astrometry, photometry and SN survey sessions

Gary will organize this session. Status of data analyses for SV reqs & goals that don't have special sessions. Need for future observations. Topics include:- Optical alignment: donuts, BCAMs, AOS, PSF patterns, closing the hexapod loop.

Gary will organize this session. Topics include:- Plans for SV in December/Jan
- Results from eyeball tests and other lessons learned about quality control
- What should be implemented into QR, IH for on-the-mountain QC
- QC at NCSA and filling out the Survey Table.

Paul will organize this session. Topics include:- Galaxy photometry in finalcut relative to requirements (e.g. are the uncertainties 10% at r, i ~ 24th mag AB?)
- Depth of stellar/psf magnitudes, accuracy of color-color diagrams for stars
- Review status of SV galaxy goals (G1-G11)
