14 Whisker and Whisker RMS for Optics mis-alignment

Here's a summary (GB, 6 Jan) of Jiangang's ouputs of the whisker sizes in the model vs x displacement. Note that unweighted and weighted moment whiskers give similar answers, also g and z are the same except that g starts out with a large RMS (r is in between g and z).

  • data: the attached *.txt files are the data used for the plots. The name of the file indicates what is inside the file. The first column is the amount of misalignment, tilt or decenter, the second column is the whisker, the third column is the whisker rms. The file name containing "noweight" are the results measured with a weight kernel of 20 pix, the file name does not contain "noweight" are results measured using gaussian kernel of 2 pix.
