Meeting at 10am.

Break down between hardware and software.
Want hardware + installation costs.
Slow Controls does not show up at all (at least not correctly).
Linda and Andjay working on this.
Want a task level that answer will be yes or no when asked if it is done.

CD level of effort.
We put in 1.12
They will send me task codes.

Nevis crates will be delivered around May 2012 into DAB.
Need person to send to Nevis for the hardware trip.
Final Design - 485.09.02.02 (all the stuff that we are talking about - Feb-Apr)

Possible tasks involved in the prep work for the test stand * Linux installation on the SBCs * EPICS design stuff?

Other tasks that might be in our .4 FTEs * GPS antenna and other GPS issues * trigger development * database infrastructure * what about ...

After May -

test stand set up and running at D0. What data is needed?
Trigger crate set up to read out PMTs. Second TPC create will arrive (for event building).
phase I: may-july (only one crate), add one computer to have full test stand (3 computers)
phase II: >1 crate.
release management and building of code - ongoing support (constant).

After July -

message logging,
operator interfaces,
configuration,
run control,
data catalogs,
archiving, alarm state,
databases and interfaces to them,
any reco/trigger integration and testing,
robustness testing and code changes,
problem diagnosis with hardware/software interfaces

At this rate, we will be short!
.4*3/12 + .5*3/12 + 2*2/12 = .56 FTE + time from Oct 11 through Jan 12, which is probably .1 FTEs (have not looked this up).
We are still only at 1/2 the effort that was negotiated.
I think we may want to acquire more tasks in May-Sept period.

When can we start serious hardware interface testing?
We probably need more EPICS system design tasks that we are involved in (and integration).
