• Bug #19809 (art): Further bug fixes have been implemented for art's handling of the metadata for dropped products.
• Bug #19882 (art): The EmptyEvent configuration description has been updated to include the timestampPlugin optional parameter.
• Bug #19851 (messagefacility): A metaprogramming error has been fixed for the LOG_DEBUG and LOG_TRACE macros.
• Bug #19773 (fhicl-cpp): Encapsulating tables declared inline and inside of prologs are no longer propagated to the fully processed configuration.
