Platform and compiler support.¶

• Support continues for e7-qualified builds using GCC 4.9.2 and the C++14 standard for non-OS X platforms.
• We introduce e9-qualified builds using GCC 4.9.3 and the C++14 standard, with distributions for all supported platforms.
