Description

If a user has the following configuration file

physics : {

  # some producers, filters, analyzers here

  e1 : [ analyzer1, analyzer2 ]
  end_paths : [ e1 ]

}

and additionally specifies -o output.root at the command line, a RootOutput module is appended to the end_path.

However, if a user removes the 'end_paths: [ e1 ]' declaration, instead of appending the RootOutput module to the implicit end_path, which should contain analyzer1 and analyzer2, the resulting end_path contains only the RootOutput module.

The command-line option handling should only insert into end_paths if it already exists; otherwise the mere existence of the output path should be sufficient.
