Option to reorder copies so that cpn locks are held for the minimum time possible
Bug #7598 was fixed by having the cpn lock held from the first bluearc copy to the last bluearc copy, but that is still inefficient for Minerva. In order to run efficiently, we need the copies reordered so that all of the bluearc copies are done together and the lock is held for the minimum amount of time possible. This can be optional if other users care about the order of copies, but it is important for Minerva to be able to run jobs efficiently.

Does Minerva still want this? We can't make this the default behavior, but we could add a command line option for it...more all the copies that want a lock to the front of the line..
Or have we expunged BlueArc usage sufficiently we don't care anymore?

In a world of BlueArc free GPGrid I think we can move on. MINERvA is in practice 99% BlueArc free at this point with the last 1% really coming from users not understanding my requests to move to the newest job submission scripts. They will either learn the hard way come October or move before then.
Thanks for looking into this, but I guess the system has evolved at this point.
