Move the logs away from the system disk on cmsdcacheadmindisk
Logs have filled up the system disk twice in the last few months, see INC000000547001 and INC000000559994.
The following needs to be done: * reconfigure the location of the logs to go onto local disk * see if the logs setup can be optimized (e.g. do wee need billing logs, if we have billing db?) * Move logs to archive (onto tape?) * schedule restart for change to take a place (check with experts).
