Description

Relax the alarm ranges on MaxSenseVOLT_RW for TPCPS LV modules 1 to 6. Variables listed below:
uB_OnDetPower_TPCPS_1_x/MaxSenseVOLT_RW (here x ranges from 0 to 7)
uB_OnDetPower_TPCPS_2_x/MaxSenseVOLT_RW (here x ranges from 100 to 107)
uB_OnDetPower_TPCPS_3_x/MaxSenseVOLT_RW (here x ranges from 200 to 207)
uB_OnDetPower_TPCPS_4_x/MaxSenseVOLT_RW (here x ranges from 300 to 307)
uB_OnDetPower_TPCPS_5_x/MaxSenseVOLT_RW (here x ranges from 400 to 407)
uB_OnDetPower_TPCPS_6_x/MaxSenseVOLT_RW (here x ranges from 500 to 507)

Probably changing the Minor (high/low) alarm to 3.3 or 3.2 will remove the above ~50 alarms!

Values adjusted.

After discussion, Sowjanya and I decided to set LOW = LOLO = 3.35 V on these channels.
Our rationale is that lowering the MaxSenseVoltage below 3.35 V on a 3.3V channel is asking for trips, so we want extra warning if this setting gets into that state.

Also, we have set HIGH = HIHI = 4.0 on these channels. Note this is just the alarm level on the setting of the MaxSenseVoltage setting, not the MaxSenseVoltage itself. The MaxSenseVoltages are currently set to 3.4 V.
