Description

In the slowcon gui, when you open a rack display panel (e.g. TPC5), it plots the temperatures in the stripchart at right, but doesn't retrieve archived data like it used to.

The problem turns out to be that the URL for the archive database is stored in the ".plt" files that define the archive data display parameters. The host used to be "localhost" when the plots were set up, but since we don't run the GUI on the same machine that hosts the SQL database, all those plots need to be changed to refer to "smc-priv".

To do: in all ".plt" files, do a global search and replace

<url>jdbc:postgresql://localhost/slowmoncon_archive</url>

with
<url>jdbc:postgresql://smc-priv/slowmoncon_archive</url>
