Investigations allow us to conclude that genreflex (both ROOT 5.x and 6.x) has options (--rootmap and --rootmap-lib) appropriate to the generation of rootmap files. This is a minor addition to cetbuildtools:source:Modules/BuildDictionary.cmake which should take no longer than half an hour to implement and test that a rootmap file is generated.
