The tar files are given the name product-slf7-x86_64-e7-prof so perhaps this combination is already regcognized by cetpkgsupport.

Thanks Patrick. I believe that get-directory-name already does the correct thing as you suggest. We've given you developer status on cetpkgsupport if it turns out that some change is needed.
