Move website to CD Central Web Services
Description
The virtual server for the existing website is obsolete and will be decommissioned. I will move the website to the Computing Division Central Web Services and give it a face lift.

A new virtual server has been created for this. The url is currently in use for the old site but will have to be moved once the new site is ready.
