Description

Marc Covenry has made me notice that in larevt a FHiCL file still depends on geometry_microboone.fcl (removed since resolution of issue #7338).
larcore/Geometry/geometry.fcl itself depends on a GDML file microboone.gdml that is not there.

We need to add a "standard" anonymous geometry in larcore, and make sure that all the final FHiCL files1 in LArSoft use it.

1 A "final" FHiCL file is one that can be directly run in art as opposed to be included in other files. It typically needs to define a geometry.

A new "lartpcdetector" detector has been added, including geometry description and testing.
The GDML files state where they come from, that is MicroBooNE geometry with a auxiliary detector.
Tests have been added to the standard test suite and they run successfully on develop/HEAD (based on v03_04_05).
The standard_geo geometry configuration defined in larcore/Geometry/geometry.fcl now points to this "new" geometry.
