Description

Requested by willis, seems generally useful. If input tar file is submitted has executable 'runme.sh' in it, jobsub_q should should not require file://runme.sh to be on the command line. It can easily check if runme.sh is in the tarball, and then runme.sh (runme.sh's arguments) should be the argument list.
