Develop test procedures and documents for SQA
artdaq has been assigned a Moderate SQA Level within the lab's software quality assurance program.
As such, it needs to have an Appropriate Test Plan, Test Cases, and Test Results documents, as described in section 4.1.4 and appendix B of the SQA program document (copy attached).
We should determine the appropriate levels of testing and documentation that are appropriate for artdaq, document those decisions, develop the test plans, and begin to document the results of the tests that are run on each release.

Of course, there are several levels of tests that are already in place: unit tests in artdaq and artdaq_core, acceptance tests of software changes using the artdaq-demo, and acceptance tests that are conducted in experiment-specific environments such as the DarkSide-50 teststand on the 14th floor of Wilson Hall at Fermilab.
