In the section you mention HTCondor's NUM_CPUS. Would be correct to say:
"In case of static partitioning, glidein will create Total_CPUS/GLIDEIN_CPUS number of slots (NUM_CPUS)"
If it is correct you could change the text, if it is not, how can NUM_CPUS be calculated?

Would be correct to say that:
- Total_CPUS/GLIDEIN_CPUS would be NUM_CPUS for the glideins
- GLIDEIN_CPUS is the NUM_CPUS for the jobs running on that glidein

Then I was wondering if there is a way to over-provision the node, like when NUM_CPUS is set to a number bigger than the actual CPUS. I think no, because GLIDEIN_CPUS has to be an integer (could not be 0.5), but am checking.

Thank you,
Marco
