Address issue with the jobsub_fetchlog.py mentioned in #5517
Here is the redmine ticket and some info on the issue
Issue #5517 has been updated by Arthur Kreymer. In jobsub_client 0.2, the zip file returned is <cluster>.0.zip not <cluster>.zip And its content is hard coded to <cluster>/<cluster>.0./... This is messy to handle. I have adjusted the jobget function in /grid/fermiapp/minos/scripts/jobsub.sh to hand the old and new forms.
- Lets check if we really need the proc_id in the filename
- Can we just have one level of directory rather than multiple levels?

improved in branch_5786_5827_5518_5525_5879, if you ask for cluster 7 you get back 7.zip. The directory structure is still in the zip file 7.zip inflates to 7.0/file1 7.0/file2 etc.
I would much prefer this to be a tar file. Not sure if removing second layer of directory structure is a good thing or not.
