Description

Experiments with multiple TPCs will need to be able to sort the clusters that are reconstructed by which cryostat/tpc/plane they come from. The most straightforward way to do that is to add a PlaneID data member to the object.

I have added a geo::PlaneID data member to recob::Cluster, and a new constructor.
I have changed all the places where a recob::Cluster is created and added a geometry identification.
That is usually the same coordinate as the first hit of the cluster.
I attach the list of changes.

The code is currently on my laptop (having rebased the branches to the current origin/develop, my understanding is that I should not publish the branch).
Since it changes the version of recob::Cluster (from 12 to 13), this has the potential to be a breaking change.
Still, no breakage is expected, although you don't want to mix old and new code.
Nevertheless, I will wait for an official statement to commit the changes.
