Add Entry Dialog while not logged in.
Allow MCR consoles to open the Add Entry Dialog while not logged in, type in a note and then prompt for username/password on entry submission.
When making a quick note it would be handy to be able to put the content in before one's train of thought is distracted by logging in if one isn't already. Obviously this behavior is not desired for everywhere, so I would suggest limiting it to just MCR consoles (or perhaps any computer on site).

The add entry button is purposefully hidden when a user is not logged in or the user hasnt any privileges.
The add entry dialog is setup differently for each user based on his/her privileges (i.e. which logs/categories the user can tag) without this pre-setup the gui would have to default to allowing the user to tag any log or category and then relying on the server side to verify privileges. There currently isnt any ajax verification of privileges on form submit so the server will throw an error when the privileges being invoked don't match the alotted privileges the user has. This would cause the entry to not be submitted and thus the entire effort would be lost.
I'm not convinced that the feature is worth the effort required to implement it well at this time.
