Run glideinWMS pilots on ARM achitecture workers
Brian Bockelman asked what it would take to run glideinWMS pilots on ARM machines. Apparently Pete Elmer was asking for this capability.

As far as I know the main limitation is that we need a version of HTCondor that will run on an ARM machine. We would also have to figure out how to build the pilot tarball for architectures that are not native to the factory. Right now we cannot build 32 bit pilots on a 64 bit machine for instance.
Feel free to add other issues we need to consider.

If HTCondor builds for ARM, than we can do it. (I think there are ARM ports out there, but I think they're provided by third parties for specific distros ported to ARM.

FWIW - UNL will be ordering a few test ARM servers next week. We plan on assigning 3 students to building a functional HTCondor cluster during fall semester.
So - in the next few months, we should be able to provide the gWMS devs logins to ARM servers if desired.
