Description

We would like to have a command line switch to ask art to do what it currently does and also to write the final form of the .fcl file to an output file, specified as a command line argument.

In addition to the --debug-config option implemented for issue #3151, we now support the --config-out=<file> option (implemented as the FHiCL configuration option services.scheduler.configOut) which is distinct from --debug-config in that the latter terminates execution; the former executes the configured job as normal.
