Description

Hi all.

I just tried out branch_v2plus, and the upgrade gave me this:

[1623] sfiligoi@devg-5 ~/frontstage/frontend_devg5-v1_0$ ./frontend_startup upgrade
Using default frontend config file: /home/sfiligoi/frontstage/instance_v1_0.cfg/frontend.xml { -force_name name -writeback yes|no -update_scripts yes|no -xml xml -update_def_cfg yes|no | -help }

Cannot create submit dir /home/sfiligoi/frontstage/frontend_devg5-v1_0, already exists.
Reconfiguring the frontend [FAILED]

Definitely unexpected.

Anyone has an explanation?
Was there any work done on the frontend reconfig recently, that could have broken it?

Just as a data point.

This problem is present in v2_6_2_rc1.

Thanks for confirming. 2.6.2 rc1 was released off branch_v2plus so I am aware of this problem and is noted as a known issue. This should be fixed in rc2
