Description

Hi GlideinWMS Team,

I believe we are seeing a problem that I remember Doug fixing before but it seems to have come back.

At Fermigrid today we saw the following in the .err log:
Wed Mar 28 12:17:49 CDT 2012 Failed to load file 'nodes.blacklist' from 'http://glidein-1.t2.ucsd.edu:8319/glidefactory/stage/glidein_Production_v4_2' using proxy 'squid.fnal.gov:3128'

However the real file path is:
http://glidein-1.t2.ucsd.edu:8319/glidefactory/stage/glidein_Production_v4_2/entry_HCC_US_Fermigridosg1/nodes.blacklist

It seems the error message is misleading about the correct file path when using a squid proxy server.
