Description
Bruce Hanna reported a few weeks ago that P:L30Z
wasn't reporting its position (via LDVT readings) properly. After some investigation, it looked like it should have been using channel 5 instead of 4 (despite the motor being # 4). I changed the database and everything seemed to be working properly.
A week later, he mentioned it wasn't working. I needed to change the database to specify ADC channel 4 again! Today, I had to move it back to 5.
In each case, the front-end was rebooted. There's some software bug that, each time the front-end is booted, it doesn't associate the problem ADC channel with the motor. We don't know if other motors are seeing the same problem (an off-by-one error.)
