Description

Make it so you can selections configurable. Requires making cuts and signal maps and then having selections work via the maps rather than code.

Cuts are now configurable individually but cannot be turned on and off from the config. Working on that. See NuCuts.json and AntiNuCuts.json for cut configurations. New set code with FromConfig or WithConfig in name
