GlideinWMS

Glidein in a vacuum is documented here:

• The documentation should be included in the GlideinWMS project one
• The script to generate the wrapper should be included in the release and the wrapper be placed in a standard place in the stage area

A bit like the proxy script, this script could be invoked multiple times controlled by a configuration file, generating multiple wrappers
Wrappers would be placed in stage/vacuum/NAME/main_glidein_startup_wrapper (maybe pull can be used instead of vacuum).
Probably should be a reconfig triggered script instead of cron-triggered.
