Use CCQENU_MAT example to measure thetaX and thetaY offsets for ME

Description

Need to run the runEventLoop example over all playlists.

Get the thetaX and thetaY distributions (thetaX implemented, as is a tight recoil cut as of 10/24)

Fit peak to parabola for data and MC

use max value of parabola to estimate beam angle offset.

This will improve low Q2 measurements as angle errors can mess those up.

Heidi will make a clean everything playlist for data. Should run fast.

I don't believe we need to measure the offsets but need to quantify the effect of using/not using them. Edgar provides ME values, I can probably dig up the talk.

Since this is more of a physics question, bumping this down to a lower priority. I've started working on a script that efficiency corrects and plots. Need to check back with Dan about Edgar's ME values. -NV
