https://cdcvs.fnal.gov/redmine/projects/ccqenu-management/wiki has incomplete dates. (like 8/23 what year?) Would be nice if there were updates and some notation of which sample was used for which analysis.

I have added more headers and indicated the year on the recent sample. I also added a "Used in publication" section. Added what publication. Added archive location when finally erased from disk.
