Description

During the stop transition workflow, the BoardReaders receive the transition first, which causes them to stop responding to table updates from the RoutingMaster. The RoutingMaster will then start logging warning messages about not receiving all acks until it is eventually stopped, which can take a while (#24262). To reduce this logging traffic, BoardReaders should send one last ack packet to the RoutingMaster that includes magic words to indicate the end of data so that the RoutingMaster can stop expecting acks from the BoardReader.
