Description

isGlideinUnrecoverable is assuming that a Glidein is recoverable unless it is not in the "unrecoverable" list.
This should be fixed and the opposite:
- assume a glidein is unrecoverable
- list when a glidein is recoverable

Check w/ Jaime when a condor job can be recoverable

Hi Marco,

the changes after the review are in the branch. It's a sensible amount of change, please review this again. As said at the meeting, moving to 3.7 since we agreed with Jeff that changes to logic of the software should go in a patch release.
