standard_reco_dune10kt_1x2x6 spams stdout

Description
stdout has in a recent version (not sure which) started spamming stdout with lots of what looks to be debug information for every event. This includes hit and wire information, and then a large block of what looks to be Optical Detector information? (the ~480 looks suspiciously like OpDet numbers?). This information should be at most mf::debug information, so that it is not displayed in normal runnning. I haven't been able to pin down which module it's coming out of (didn't look too terribly long). Hopefully someone knows more about how it was introduced and can direct the issue to the correct party.
