Description

A simple application has been written which receives routing tables and graphically displays their contents.

Implemented in artdaq/feature/routingReceiver.
This branch requires artdaq/feature/RoutingTablesInOneDatagram

It seems that the simplest way to run this is to use one of the BoardReader configuration files as the configuration of the routingReceiver. So, 'routingReceiver -c <an existing, valid BR FHiCL file>'. There are several parameters that can be added to the BR config file to fine-tune the behavior of the routingReceiver, but the default values for those parameters are a good start.
I've verified that I can run the routingReceiver in the artdaq-demo.
