Description

The network engineers use the bsnBlackListClientEntry record to understand how the record was created.
The previous Nimrod blocking engine put the MAC address in the bsnBlackListClientDescription.
The current FBI implementation leaves the bsnBlackListClientDescription blank.
The request is to put a useful comment in the bsnBlackListClientDescription. This field is an OCTET STRING with maximum length 32.
