Description

SBN is having some sort of issue with this -- we are trying to get more details.
They reports varied number of events in output files (when fixed number expected).

There is the possibility that this is really a Shmem_transfer issue.

I'm seeing an issue with artdaq::SharedMemoryManager::GetBufferForReading() which, for some as yet unknown reason, appears to
be happening mainly in the transfer area (not communication with art area).
For this reason, we can force the use of TCP in the transfer area and avoid (or significantly decrease) the occurrence of
this issue.
