Description

For v2.5.2 (Bug 1902), the match authentication (USE_MATCH_AUTH) was
removed as an option (question) from the installers.
It was defaulted to True on initial installation but if you knew
what you were doing, you could deactivate that feature.

For the v3 release, the capability to deactivate that feature will
removed completely. Match authentication will always be in effect.

This will affect the following areas:
1. q/a installer
2. ini installer
3. the programs that use it
4. documentation

See Bug 1902 for the modules affected. Modules for item #3 above
were not touched in that v2.5.3 change. So they will be in addition
to the 1902 change.
