Description

The names of our standard root files produced in the main processing chain are a bit messy.
In some cases (reco stage), all root files are called reco_hist.root.

SAM uses the filename as a database key and so must be unique. 'reco_hist.root' is obviously a problem.

While declaring MCP 0.5 to SAM, I've used the following naming standard:
hists_ARTROOTFILENAME.root

Unless anyone has any objections, I would like to deploy this naming scheme to:
gen, g4, detsim, reco

Anatree is the exception to this rule and should conform to the ARTROOT naming scheme
