Quick Install didn't work

Description

Tried to install as user on rulinux03 and got "undefined reference to `pthread_create'"

[parilla@rulinux03 otsdcs_user_install]$ more /home/parilla/otsdcs_user_install/build_slf6.x86_64/CMakeFiles/CMakeError.log
Determining if the pthread_create exist failed with the following output:

Determining if the function pthread_create exists in the pthreads failed with the following output:

--develop option has worked for Lindsey and myself in last week. So seems ok.
