circuit information on homepage

The landing page should include circuit info too. This could be done in a number of ways:
e.g.:
1) include circuit health in the hub/spoke diagram
2) have a toggle switch to go between IP and circuit info

Thanks Brian. I'm adding this to the Drupal 7 version because it will benefit from a better services architecture. Shoehorning circuits into the 1.x version will cause more problems than it solves.

See the construction of the enhanced site centric view -- all that needs to happen is circuit data to be integrated into theme callback for hover tip.

if there is circuit data available from one HUB, like FNAL to other HUB - from the list of existing HUBs - for example SLAC then show green if utilization/capacity*100 < 90, and yellow/orange if its between 90 and 95 ad red if > 95
