Description

GWMS had been requested to include a configuration for condor_gangliad (monitoring) daemon
This enables the daemon but if ganglia is not installed it fails with an error and quits
Then the master tries periodically to restart it w/ the same results.

There is no dependency from Ganglia in GWMS and the Ganglia RPM seems to be in CentOS but not in SL or epel or the OSG repo.

What should be GWMS behavior?
1- ignore this error
2- add a RPM dependency (from which repo?)
3- remove the gandliad configuration (or at least not add it to the daemon list)
