Description

Upon a cursory analysis, it appears that the input file status is not correctly updated with the file catalog service interface in the case where we hit a configured maximum number of events. We must remedy this and any other observed deficiencies in Source or RootInput in order to allow for a change in behavior in ifdh_art to properly marked files as failed in the case of abnormal exit.
