PhotonBacktracking to track 0.
I wonder how many bugs I will find that result in this symptom. Backtracking on large sets of background sims is showing some particles backtrack to "Track 0" again. This time it appears to only be in PBT (as opposed to PBT and BT), leaving me to believe it has something to do with the EveIDCalculator (as BT uses the EmEveIdCalculator).
Restoring bug fix removed by commit 13f7f1bf.
This should also address LArSoft Issue #17124.

This bug was originally fixed in commit Revision c04aa592 but was patched out? by commit Revision 13f7f1bf larsim/LArG4/OpFastScintillation.cxx
I am going to patch the fix back in again. All OpDetBacktrackerRecords in simulations from revision 13f7f1bf until 303b037 should be considered unreliable.
